Calculator information
Most calculator inputs are processed directly in your browser. KokoroFlow does not require an account and does not intentionally store the financial, health, travel, work, or other figures you enter into these calculators.
Selected image and PDF files
Tools marked “No upload” process selected files locally in your browser. KokoroFlow does not receive or store the contents of those images or PDFs. The open-source PDF library is hosted on KokoroFlow and runs on your device. A normal request for the page and its supporting files remains visible to the website hosting provider, but the contents of the file you select are not included in that request.
Server and usage data
Our hosting provider and security services may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, referring page, timestamps, and error or security logs. This information may be used to operate, secure, and improve the website.
Cookies, advertising, and Google services
KokoroFlow may use Google AdSense and related Google advertising services after approval. Google and other third-party vendors may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to serve, measure, personalize, or limit advertising. Selected image and PDF file contents are not provided to advertisers by these tools.

Consent requirements
Where required by law, visitors may be shown a consent message before personalized advertising or certain storage technologies are used. For advertising shown to visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, KokoroFlow must use an applicable Google-certified consent management platform.
Advertising placement
KokoroFlow does not intentionally present ads as tool results or place them inside file-selection controls. Ads should remain clearly distinguishable from upload, conversion, calculation, and download controls.
External services and links
Some tools may request public reference data, such as exchange rates, from third-party services. External websites have their own privacy policies, and KokoroFlow is not responsible for their practices.
Children's privacy
KokoroFlow is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
