Permitted use
You may use KokoroFlow for lawful personal, educational, and business planning. You may only process files that you own, are licensed to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to process.
Prohibited use
You must not use the tools to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, confidentiality, or other rights, or to bypass passwords, encryption, digital rights management, or other access controls. You may not disrupt the site, bypass its security, misuse automated access, distribute malicious code, or present KokoroFlow tools or content as your own service without permission.
Estimates and processed files
Calculator results are estimates based on your inputs and the assumptions described on each page. File processing may change quality, metadata, links, forms, attachments, signatures, or other features. Keep original files and inspect every downloaded result before relying on it.
No professional relationship
Using the site does not create an accountant-client, attorney-client, financial adviser-client, lender-borrower, clinician-patient, or other professional relationship. Confirm important legal, financial, health, tax, filing, and contractual decisions with an appropriate official source or qualified professional.
Third-party software and services
The site may use open-source components or request data from third-party services. Open-source components remain subject to the licenses listed on our Open-Source Licenses page. We do not control the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of external services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KokoroFlow is provided “as is” without warranties. KokoroFlow is not liable for decisions, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from reliance on a calculation, processed file, or unavailable service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
