Affiliate Disclosure
How KokoroFlow handles affiliate links and commercial relationships — where they appear, where they don't, and what they mean for you.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a tracked link to a product or service. If you follow one and go on to buy something, the retailer may pay a small commission to the site that referred you.
It never costs you more. The price you pay is the same as it would be if you had gone to the retailer directly. The commission comes out of the retailer's margin, not your wallet.
Where affiliate links may appear
Affiliate links currently appear in two places: labeled product suggestion boxes on selected tool pages, and the Evaluation buying guides. Both use the Amazon Associates program.
As an Amazon Associate, KokoroFlow earns from qualifying purchases. Every page with affiliate links carries this disclosure on the page itself, not only here.
How recommendations are chosen
- Commission rate is not a factor in whether a product is included or how it is described.
- Recommendations are based on publicly verifiable information such as specifications, official ratings, and aggregate customer reviews.
- Where a recommendation is curated from published sources rather than personal long-term use, it is presented that way — not as a first-hand endorsement.
- Known drawbacks and trade-offs are stated alongside the reasons a product is included.
What this does not affect
Calculator results, formulas, assumptions, and limitations are never influenced by a commercial relationship. No advertiser or retailer pays for placement inside a calculation, and results are not adjusted to steer you toward any product. On some tool pages a product suggestion appears after you calculate; the suggestion is chosen based on your result, but the result itself is never changed.
Advertising, where present, is kept visually separate from tool controls and results, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-assisted content
Some written content on KokoroFlow, including parts of the buying guides, is produced with AI assistance. Product recommendations are presented as curated selections based on published information, not as personal accounts of first-hand use.
Your choices
You are never required to use an affiliate link. You can search for any product we mention directly on the retailer's site, and the price and availability will be identical.
